Designs Testing for the Embroidery Machines

Every Thursday each month

10:30am - 3:30pm

Each Thursday of the month Designing Threads needs testers for embroidery machines of different formats. Once a design is tested so there are no errors in the design, the tester will receive that design for their machine free. You must furnish the machine and have a way for the designs to be transferred to either a card or other device that will accept the designs in your machine format. Fabric, threads and stabilizer are furnished by Designing Threads. Please call Quilted Treasures if you would like to take part in this.

Block Party of the Month

April 9 & April 23

4:00 pm – 6:30 pm

$10.00 per class

This class will provide different types of techniques and ways to make the same block. You will sew the block in class so that you will go home with a finished block. You will learn to sew blocks from beginner level to more advance techniques. You will end up with enough blocks to make what ever size quilt you want.

Students must furnish their own fabric. Patterns and instructions will be provided at the class. You will be given the supply list for each class at the previous class once fee has been paid.

Advance Longarm Quilting

This workshop is for those quilters who have taken the beginning longarm class or are VERY comfortable working on a longarm or midarm quilting machine.

The techniques you will learn are: Baptist Fans, Sashiko, Cable designs, Cross Hatching and much, much more. You will learn tips, tricks and advance techniques for quilting on the longarm quilting frames.

Space is limited, so sign up early. Deposit must be made to hold your spot.
